There is one main route, but it branches into several exits. Here is how many endings exist and how to reach each one — including the registry save quirk that catches people out.
The demo ships with one main storyline, three distinct death endings, and several additional endings beyond those. Which one you see is decided by how well you read and manage the entity's mood during each duel. A later update also added the ability to leave the game normally after you reach an ending.
Keep her mood balanced across the duels — neither crushing her nor feeding her. This is the route you get by playing the duel as a mood-reading game rather than forcing wins.
Three distinct death endings, each tied to how her mood is handled. To see them, stop managing her mood and let her turn hostile — she then wins every round and the run turns fatal. Expect the finger-loss scenes on these routes.
Several additional endings sit off the main branches. These show up when you make the wrong (or deliberately odd) choices around her mood rather than playing it straight.
Because it is a short demo, the fastest way to collect endings is to replay the single route and vary how you handle her mood. Do mood-reading guide on your first run for the escape, then deliberately let her get hostile for each death ending.
A signature detail from the developer: save data is written to the Windows registry, not a save file. That means your progress survives even if you delete the game folder. If you want a truly fresh run for a new ending, a normal uninstall will not reset you — see troubleshooting for how to clear it.
No. Progress lives in the Windows registry, so it stays after uninstall. Clear the registry key if you want a clean slate.
The framing is horror — the endings are about surviving the duel in different ways rather than a clean happy ending. Keep her mood steady for the least violent exit.
The full Steam release is not out yet. The demo endings are part of this short build.
